Skye as Supportive Healer and Language Interpreter
Skye is a supportive healer who brings research, data, mindfulness and energy work together offering clients multiple avenues for increased health and wellness. She has a comprehensive and holistic approach bringing together multiple lenses.
Skye is a therapist with experience including a master's degree in psychology, a master's degree in marriage and family therapy, advanced training as a Narrative & Master coach as well as training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
Skye has been frequently called a "language interpreter" by her couple clients. Skye has an intuitive sense of how to help clients shift from talking past one another to feeling heard, seen, and valued by one another.
Her experience includes working with humans 14-84. Skye works with individuals, and parents who are seeking to create relationships that are healing and restorative. Additionally, Skye supports couples who are uncoupling and seeking to create a co-parenting relationship that supports the children's health and wellness. Therapy frameworks Skye uses pull from Polyvagal Theory, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, as well as an combination of mindfulness practices to balance energy centers and promote healing.
